可拆卸火炬塔架计算分析

摘　　要：可拆卸火炬塔架在满足多装置火炬放空要求的情况下能减小占地,且在系统不停产的情况下,对其中一根火炬进行拆卸检修和安装。结合工程实际,介绍了可拆卸火炬塔架的工作原理,结构方案的确定、设计思路、计算结果。同时针对可拆卸火炬塔架特殊的使用要求,介绍了塔架平面支撑系统的设计、机械滑轮吊点位置塔架梁的特殊部位处理、翻转平台设置等方面的要点。塔架采用法兰连接,提高了安装的精度和进度。Detachable torch tower can reduce floor space in case several devices are operating at the same time.One of the torch tubes can be overhauled while others are still working.Based on engineering practice,this paper introduces the working principles and structure scheme of detachable torch tower.Design ideas and design essentials are presented as well.
