摘　　要：石化装置中经常要用到低流量高扬程的泵,在实际选用时需要考虑介质特性、应用工况、泵型特点、能耗等因素,从而选择最合适的泵型。依据工程经验,重点介绍了可满足该用途的5种常用泵型——高速泵、多级泵、往复泵、旋喷泵、旋涡泵,阐述了这5种泵的主要工作原理和使用特点,并就结构、操作、性能等方面进行了比较,可以作为相关工程技术人员的选型设计和实际操作方面的参考。Low flow,high head pumps are commonly used in petrochemical units.Five types of pump including high speed pump,multistage pump,reciprocating pump,roto-jet pump and vortex pump,which can meet this requirement,are mainly introduced in this paper.The working principle and application characteristics of these pumps are introduced,and comparison is also made in many aspects such as construction,operation,performance,etc.This paper can be used as a reference in pump selection by engineers concerned.
