大口径单螺杆挤条机能力核算及问题处理

摘　　要：分析了新安装使用的进口大口径单螺杆挤条机存在的问题,通过对系统能力的核算,找出原因,制定合理限速、改选电机、变频调速器等措施并实施,保证了关键设备能正常运行,满足了安全生产、装置产量及产品质量的要求,发挥了短期保供市场能力的作用,避免了因进口关键设备不能使用而产生的经济损失。在今后设备尤其是进口关键设备的选型时,需注重能力匹配的核算分析,以及各项技术指标和安全裕度。This article analyzes the existing problems of the newly adopted large-diameter single screw extruding machine imported.Through the calculation of system capacity,some measures are adopted,such as setting reasonable speed limitation,changing generator style and changing variable-frequency governor.These measures can ensure the smooth operation of key devices,satisfy the requirements of production safety,production capacity and product quality,guarantee market supply in the short term,and prevent financial loss due to the inapplicability of the imported key devices.
