摘　　要：惠州炼油分公司4200kt/a延迟焦化装置,引进了美国Foster Wheeler公司的选择性收率延迟焦化工艺(SYDEC)的工艺包。SYDEC的工艺包在装置流程设计与控制上与国内装置相比具有明显的技术特色。如:开工循环线、焦炭塔压控、放空和分馏。对于国内焦化装置的流程设计具有一定的借鉴作用。The 4200kt/a delayed coking unit in CNOOC Huizhou Refinery adopts the process package of Foster Wheeler's Selective Yield Delayed Coking(SYDEC) technology.Compared with domestic delayed coking technologies,SYDEC technology has distinct technical features in flow design and control.This article analyses and compares the flow design of SYDEC technology with that of domestic delayed coking technologies,and provides references for the process flow design of delayed coking units at home.
