延迟焦化应对原料劣质化的探索与实践

摘　　要：随着原料的劣质化和复杂化,中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司延迟焦化装置主要技术经济指标受到很大影响,安全和清洁生产难度增加。通过优化原料组合、提高换热终温、缩短加热炉运行周期、适时安排机械清焦等改善加热炉运行环境,主要技术经济得以改善;采取措施做好装置防腐工作、优化分馏塔顶循在线洗盐方式、降低弹丸焦生成几率及生成时风险、在线更换焦炭塔油气隔断阀和优化污油污泥回炼方式等,实现了装置长周期安全运行;并实行停工密闭吹扫,减少了对周边环境的污染。With the deterioration and diversification of crude oil processed,the main techno-economic indicators of the delayed coking unit at SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company greatly declined,and it's harder to achieve clean and safe production.The techno-economic indicators can be improved by optimizing feedstock,increasing heat transfer terminal temperatures,shortening the operation period of heating furnace and performing mechanical decoking.By taking anti-corrosion measures,optimizing the on-line desalting method for overhead recycle system of fractionator,taking measures to reduce the probability and risk of shot coke,replacing oil steam valve of coke drum on line and optimizing the sewage sludge treatment method,long-term and safe operation of the unit can be realized.There is little pollutants emission during unit overhaul by performing closed purging.
