摘　　要：近年来,中式住宅的开发项目愈来愈多,从其价值的角度研究,符合传统文化的楼盘会成为人们逐渐认识的宝贵财富和精神寄托,说明了中式文化的回归和认同在居住文化中已经成为一种趋势。本文以长沙市中式楼盘星语林汀湘十里为例,从设计立意构思、平面布局、重点景观等方面,探讨中式园林在居住楼盘设计中的应用。In recent years, an increasing number of Chinese residential constructions have emerged in the market. In view of the value, the value of traditional culture and garden style wil be recognized by the public in the near future. This article taking Changsha’s Chinese residential construction-“Ting Xiang Shi Li” as an example, Discussion on the application of Chinese style garden in residential construction from three aspects: design concept, layout, important landscape point.
