基于“一张图”的金土工程建设模式探讨

摘　　要：金土工程是国土资源信息化实现质的飞跃的重要契机,目前已在各级国土资源管理部门开展建设。本文严格按照国土资源部金土工程一期建设的要求,树立了"科学+制度"的现代国土资源管理理念,并结合本级金土工程建设的实际情况,综合运用了面向服务的技术架构、数据库整合技术、地理信息服务架构等技术,分析了关键的技术问题,探索了基于"一张图"的金土工程建设模式。The golden land project is an important opportunity for land resources informatization to achieve a qualitative improvement. Land resources administration departments at all levels have started to construct. Strictly according to the requirements of the first phase of the golden soil project, this article establishes an modern land resources administration idea called ＂science plus system＂ . According to the actual situation of the land resources construction, SOA technology architecture, Database integration technology, GIS sevice architecture technology and other technologies are applied in this article, the key questions of technology are analyzed and a model of golden land project based on a sheet of map is discussed.
