对多发性神经病患者加用中药浴足的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察多发性神经病患者加用中药浴足护理的效果。方法:采用随机数字表对符合纳入标准的多发性神经病患者分为两组各30例,对照组采用常规治疗,浴足组采用常规治疗同时使用中药浴足进行护理,浴足方以黄芪、川芎等为主。结果:两组患者的疗效比较,以及治疗前后神经传导速度比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗上加用中药浴足,既把浴足护理与传统中医药相结合,体现中医护理特色,又缩短了患者的住院天数,减轻病人负担,提高病人的满意度。Objective： Observe the effect of polyneuropathy patients with Chinese medicine therapy of feetbathing. Methods： The polyneuropathy patients who meet the accepting criteria are divided into two groups which contain 30 cases each by using random num- ber table. The control group adopts conventional therapy, whereas the nursing intervention group applies both conventional therapy and Chinese medicine therapy of feetbathing. The main components in Chinese medicine therapy of feetbathing are Astragalus and Chuanx- long. Results ：The comparison between the two groups and the nerve conduction velocity before and after the therapy reveals the statisti- cal significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：In the therapy of conventional way and Chinese medicine therapy of feetbathing,the charac- teristics of Chinese nursing have been well performed by combing feetbathing and traditional Chinese medicine. Moreover,the hospital stays of patients are shortened and the patients＇ pressure has been reduced. In this way,the degree of patients＇ satisfaction has been im- proved.
