贯穿眉切口眉上提术纠正上睑松弛伴眉下垂

摘　　要：目的介绍一种有效改善上睑松弛及眉下垂的方法。方法切口线设计在眉头下方，斜向贯穿眉体，保留部分眉头，跨越眉体上方，外侧缘位于眉尾外侧，完全切除下垂的眉尾部分，以纠正不同程度的上睑松弛。结果自2004年8月至2012年8月，共收治57例患者。随访3个月至3年，切口瘢痕不明显，23例患者术后通过文眉遮盖瘢痕，美容效果肯定。结论对于上睑松弛的患者，尤其伴有眉下垂者，采用贯穿眉切口眉上提术，不仅纠正了松弛的上睑皮肤，还切除了下垂的部分眉毛，是一种简单有效的手术方式。Objective To introduce a new approach for brow lift surgery. Methods The incision was designed from the inferior of the inner end of the brow to the lateral bord of the brow, which was running through the brow. The baggy skin was excised totally to correct the ptosis appearance of the brow and upper eye- lid. Results From August 2004 to August 2012, fifty-seven patients were treated by the operation mentioned above. After 3 to 36 months follow-up, all 57 eases received satisfactory outcome with slight scar. Twenty-three cases underwent the eyebrow tattoo treatment to cover up the scar, and excellent cosmetic results were obtained. Conclusion The new approach for brow lift surgery with through cut incision is an easy and effective method for the treatment of upper eyelid and brow ptosis.
