摘　　要：目的确定miRNA功能性靶基因的动态变化与mRNA核／质比的一致性。方法利用质／核比基因表达谱芯片和实时荧光定量PCR技术．研究转染miR-138的H1299细胞饥饿不同时间后生物信息学预测的miR-138靶基因变化与其相应基因核／质比的关系。结果H1299细胞中miR-138的功能性靶标动态变化规律与mRNA核／质比一致性较好。结论miRNA的功能性靶标是随着细胞的状态不同而发生动态变化。Objective To examine the consistency of the dynamic change of functional targets of miR-138 with the mRNA cytoplasmic/nucleic ratio. Methods The cytoplasmic/nucleic mRNA array and qRT-PCR techniques were used to measure the dynam~ change of bioinformatic-predicted targets of miR-138 in H1299 cells starved for different time, and its consistency with the mRNA cy- toplasm/nucleus ratio. Results The dynamic change of functional targets of miR-138 was found to be consistent with the mRNA cytoplasmic/nucleic ratio. Conclusion The functional targets of miR- NA are dynamically changed with the cell state.
