中医体质与甘肃地区膝骨性关节炎相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医体质与膝骨性关节炎的相关性,为中医药防治膝骨性关节炎提供新的思路和方法。方法:2011年4月-2012年1月,对我院就诊膝骨性关节炎患者进行统一病例报告表问卷调查,并签署知情同意书。整理数据,采用SPSS12.0软件统计分析。结果:平和质21例(女12例,男9例);偏颇体质141例(女120例,男21例);体质无法判断者1例。女性患者偏颇体质构成比高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);女性患者前三位的体质是阳虚质(69次)、气虚质(50次)、气郁质(39次);男性患者前三位的体质是阳虚质(13次)、平和质(9次)、痰湿质(5次)。患者前三位的体质是阳虚质(82次)、气虚质(53次)、气郁质(42次);结论:膝骨性关节炎患者的高发体质是阳虚质、气虚质、气郁质;痰湿质也是男性患者的高发体质;女性患者偏颇体质构成比高于男性,其健康状况不容乐观。Objeetive：To explore the correlation between TCM constitution and knee osteoarthritis, and to provide a new i-deas and method of Chinese medicine for controlling knee osteoarthritis. Methods： Patients with knee osteoarthritis were signed informed consent, and accepted questionnaire investigation from April 2011 to January 2012. All cases were investi- gated according to case report forms of clinical research on TCM constitution of Knee osteoarthritis and adjustable treat- ment of TCM constitution in Chinese medicine. SPSS 12.0 software was used to statistical analysis. Results： In 163 pa- tients, 21 cases （12 females and 9 males） are mildly constitution; 141 cases （120 females and 21 males） are biased constitu- tion, 1 case can not judge TCM constitution. The ratio of biased constitution in female patients is higher than male （P〈0. 05）. The top three of TCM constitution for female patients is yang quality （69 times）, qi deficiency （50 times）, and qi quality （39 times）; and the top three of TCM constitution for male patients is yang quality （13 times）, gentleness （9 times）, and phlegm （5 times）. The top three of TCM constitution for all patients is yang quality （82 times）, Qi deficiency （53 times）, and qi quality （42 times）. Conclusion：Yang quality, qi deficiency, and qi quality are high incidences of TCM constitution of patients with knee osteoarthritis; phlegm is also higher constitution for the male patients; the ratio of biased constitution for female patients is higher than male, and their health status is not optimistic.
