摘　　要：戊型肝炎由HEV感染导致,是全球最主要的病毒性肝炎之一。传统的观念认为戊型肝炎只流行于发展中国家,而随着研究的逐步深入,人们已经认识到戊型肝炎是一种分布于全球并能带来严重负担的疾病。近年来,随着可靠的诊断试剂和戊型肝炎疫苗的成功上市,相关研究及防控进入了一个新时代。Hepatitis E, caused by HEV infection, is one of the major types of viral hepatitis. This disease used to be considered prevalent only in developing countries, however, with the further study, it has been recognized that hepatitis E is a disease which shows a broad distribution worldwide and leads to serious burdens. In recent years, as reliable diagnostic reagents and a hepatitis E vaccine have been granted a marketing authorization, we are entering a new era in the research, prevention and control of hepatitis E.
