摘  要:研究比较了 3种AOC测定方法的各自特点 ,并考查了其它条件对试验结果的影响。 3种接种P17和NOX菌测定AOC的方法中 ,分别接种法由于重复计算了P17和NOX的共同基质 ,测定不同的水样没有可比性 ,不宜采用 ;同时接种法和先后接种法各有优缺点 ,均可供选择应用。试验测定P17和NOX在乙酸钠溶液中的产率系数分别为 1 4× 10 7cfu/ μg乙酸碳和 1 8× 10 7cfu/ μg乙酸碳 ,明显高于VanderKooij给出的产率系数。Three methods of P17 and Nox culture inoculation to examine the Assimi lative Organic Carbon (AOC) in drinking water are compared, including their properties and essential effects of examination conditions. The comparable property of the examination results of different water samples is poor for the first method, because it is inoculated individually; the common matrix for both P17 and Nox was calculated repeatedly, so it is unsuitable for application. Both the second (simultaneous inoculation) and third (ordinal inoculation) methods are suitable by their exclusive strong points. The obtained yield coefficients of P17 and Nox in sodium acetate solutio n by the experiment are 1.4×107 and 1.8×107 cfu/μg of carbon acetate for P17 and Nox respectively higher than that given by Van der Kooij evidently.
