摘　　要：伪军工作是八路军政治工作的重要组成部分。抗战初期这一工作并不是自八路军出师抗日起就业已存在的。卢沟桥事变后伪军反正的浪潮以及华北敌后兵力空虚为八路军伪军工作提供了良好契机,八路军敌工部门以宣传民族大义作为工作的中心内容,以争取尽可能全部反正作为基本方针,取得了一定的成绩。同时这一工作的不足之处也值得认真吸取。Winning over and disintegrating the puppet troops was an important part of The Eighth Route Army political work.The tide of troops crossing over to the people＇s side after the Lugou Bridge incident and the weak defence of the enemy rear area provided a good chance for this work. The Eighth Route Army propagated national interests and tried to win over all of the puppet troops. This work had achieved certain success, but it still had some problems to solve.
