摘 要:采用SBR法处理碱法草浆造纸废水和味精废水的试验结果表明 :废水中的有机污染物得到高效降解 ,COD的去除率分别达 80 %和 90 %以上 ;高浓度的SO2 - 4( 1 .2× 1 0 5 mg/L)对SBR处理系统无影响 ;易降解和难降解的有机废水应分别采用限制曝气和非限制曝气的进水方式为宜 ;DO可以作为SBR系统去除COD情况的一个指标 ,易于实现自动化控制 (DO为 1 .5mg/L左右为宜 )。Experiments were carried out to study SBR process treating alkali straw pulp papermaking and gourmet powder wastewater. The results were as follows: The organic pollutants could be degraded efficiently with COD removals over 80% and 90% respectively for two kinds of wastewater and high concentration of sulphate (1.2×10 5 mg/L) had no effect on SBR system. It would be better to adopt limited aeration and unlimited aeration for readily degradable and hardly degradable organic wastewater respectively. DO could be used as an index of the COD removal performance of SBR process. Thus the process automatic control will be realized easily. It is suitable to maintain the DO value of 1.5 mg/L in the system.
