摘　　要：文章应用ABB系列变频器于造纸自动化领域,将ABB系列直接转矩变频器和西门子S7-300P LC组成核心控制装置设计一套文化纸机传动控制系统,通过软、硬件设计,较好的实现了文化纸机电气传动控制系统中的负荷分配、速度链、张力控制等功能。本套系统应用后证明:这种基于S7-300PLC和ABB系列变频器的全数字控制系统完全适用中、高速纸机的控制精度和反应速度等控制性能的需要。The paper used the ABB Series inverter in the field of paper automation, the ABB series of DTC inverter and Siemens ST-200PLC as the core control device designed a set of cultural paper machine drive control system, by software and hardware design, Better realization load distribution, speed chain, tension control functions of the culture machine electric transmission control system. After the application of the system proved： S7-200PLC and ABB series inverter digital control system is fully applicable middle high-speed machine control accuracy and speed of response Etc. the control performance needs.
