三次产业发展的金融支持效率研究——以重庆市为例

摘　　要：以DEA-Malmquist全要素生产率指数为理论工具,采用1999～2010年重庆市金融业和三次产业的面板数据,对其金融投入和三次产业全要素生产率的增长构成进行分析。结果表明,实证研究期间金融对各产业发展的支持总体有效,但效率指数的年度数据波动较大,表明重庆市金融环境不太稳定,金融政策未能及时调整,亟需构建能促进各产业有效发展的可持续性金融政策体系。This paper adopts Data - Malmquist total factor productivity index to analyze the relationship between financial in-vestment and the total factor productivity growth of thrice industries, using the panel data of financial industry and the thrice industriesin Chongqing from 1999 to 2010. However, the annual data of efficiency index is fluctuant, and the financial envi-ronment is not very stablein Chongqing. So the financial policy is not adjusted timely, and constructing the sustainable finan- cial policy system which can promote the development of thrice industriesis needed.
