摘　　要：系统总结和梳理了周恩来精神的学术内涵,认为周恩来精神是中国传统文化及民族精神走向现代的必然产物,是当代民族精神的典范;从周恩来精神所体现的权力观、廉政观、作风观、人才观以及道德观五个角度,探讨了其时代价值;从构建社会主义核心价值体系、增强党员干部公仆意识、促进党风廉政建设和促进社会风气好转等方面剖析了周恩来精神的当代启示。Based on systematic summarizing and combing the academic connotation of Zhou Enlai＇s spirit this paper believes that Zhou Enlai＇s spirit is the inevitable product of traditional Chinese culture and national spirit into the modern times, which is an example of contemporary national spirit. Based on the view of power, the concept of anti -corruption, the view of the style of work, the view of talent and morality, the paper analyzes its value of the times. From the aspect of the construction of the socialist core value system, strengthening the Party members and cadres＇s consciousness of public service, promoting the construction of the Party conduct and building an honest and clean government and improving the social morality, the paper analyses the contemporary enlightenment of Zhou Enlai＇s spirit.
