摘　　要：宝天曼国家级自然保护区以全面保护自然资源为立足点,促进人与自然和谐统一,在科学、合理的规划原则及总体布局的指导下,对自然保护区未来10年的发展制定出长远的规划。概括其规划原则为坚持可持续发展,保护与利用并进,自然人文结合,具有创新理念,体现综合效益。Baotianman National Natural Reserve is based on full protection of natural resource, promoting harmonious unity, reasonably designing natural reserve development blueprim in future decade with the guidance of scientific designing principles and general disposition. The planning principles is summarized as adhering to sustainable development, considering both protection and exploit, combining nature with humanity, making innovations, embodying integrated benefits.
