摘  要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定眼氨肽滴眼液中防腐剂醋酸氯己定的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为welch materials AQ-C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为0.02 mol/L磷酸二氢钾(磷酸调节pH至2.5)-乙腈(70∶30),流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为40℃,检测波长为254 nm。结果:醋酸氯己定在0.05~0.15 mg/ml范围内,浓度与其峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999,n=5),平均回收率为99.84%,RSD=0.42%(n=9)。结论:所用方法简单、快速、专属性强、重现性好,可用于眼氨肽滴眼液中防腐剂醋酸氯己定的测定。Objective : to establish a HPLC method for the determination of ehlorhexidine acetate in ocular extraetives eye drops. Methods: The Cls column was used and the mobile phase consisted of 0.02 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate(adjust to the pH 2.5 with phosphoric acid ) - acetonitriie ( 70:30 ) ; The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min; The column temperature was 40℃; the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results : the linear range of Chlorhexidine acetate was 0.05 - 0.15 mg/ml ( r = 0. 9999, n = 5 ) , the average recovery rate was 99.8% (RSD = 0.42% ). Conclusion: the method is simple, rapid, strong specifity and accurate with good reproducibility, which is suitable for the content determination of chlorhexidine acetate in ocular extractives eye drops
