摘 要:教育因人而存在。生命教育是成全人的生命的必由之路。教师作为教育主体,既是施教者,也是受教者。一直以来,我们重视了学生的生命教育,却忽视了教师的生命理念形成,忽视了教师生命的健康成长,忽视了教师生命健康成长对学生生命成长的影响。强化对学生的生命教育,必须从教师生命理念形成、生命关怀实践、幸福生活能力提升、构筑教师生命教育堤防等方面,加强对教师的生命教育。Education is for people. Life-education is a kind of education for manhood. College teachers, as the subject in education, instruct and are instructed simultaneously. Life-education for students has been valued, while life-education for teachers has been neglected, Also teachers' health and development is neglected as well as its effect to students~ health and development. Reinforcement for students' life-education is also a process to strengthen teachers' life-education in the perspectives of formation of the idea of teachers' life, practice of life respecting and caring, capacity promotion of happy life and the dike construction of teachers' life-education.
