摘　　要：本研究以粉煤灰、石灰及硅酸盐水泥为主要原料 ,经配料、混合、发气、常温养护等工艺过程研制粉煤灰水泥多孔材料。其特点是密度小 ( 50 0～ 80 0kg/m3)、强度高 ( 0 6～ 4 0MPa)、保温性能好、耐热性强 ,可用于生产保温制品、填充墙用砌块、轻质墙板等。配料中大量利用粉煤灰 (掺量达 50 %左右 ) ,故成本低廉 ,经济效益和社会效益显著。? A kind of porous material,non high pressure steam curing is made by using fly ash,ground burned lime,silicate cement as the main raw material and ground aluminum as gas former.Charge and the technological process for producing the porous material are discussed.The porous fly ash cement material studied here has a dry apparent density of 500～800kg/m\+3 and a compressive strength 0\^6～4\^0 MPa.The application prospect of this material is very good.
