摘  要:目的:以姜黄为植物资源,进行姜黄植物总黄酮的提取及含量测定和与铁离子的螯合的研究。方法:以95%为提取溶剂,水浴提取姜黄中的总黄酮;建立以芦丁标准品为显色剂,分光光度法测定姜黄总黄酮含量的分析方法,以及利用普鲁士兰法测定其黄酮还原Fe3+的能力。结果:测得样品中总黄酮的含量为0.02 mg/ml。结论:姜黄中含有一定量总黄酮,姜黄总黄酮对Fe3+具有较强的还原能力。Objective: Making turmeric as plant resources, to extract the total flavonoids of turmeric. Studying the content determination of turmeric and its abitity to restore Fe3+ . Method: with 95 % ethanol as the extraction agent,extracting the total flavonoids substances under the temperature of 100 by water heating. The analytical method was established that the total flavonoids content was determined by UV- spectrophotometric methods with rutin as chromogenic reagent and the ability of total flavonoids to restore Fe3+ . Results: The sample was measured the content of total flavonoids was 0.02 mg/ml and the recovery rate was 98.25 %. Conclusion: It can be sure that the turmeric contained a mount of total flavonoids and it had nice ability to restore Fe3 + .
