摘　　要：从光生物安全的基本概念入手,阐述白光LED对皮肤和眼睛的光生物作用和光生物安全标准的发展历史。重点介绍蓝光对视网膜的视觉危害与对司辰节律的影响。对司辰节律的影响往往没有被重视。对LED蓝光危害与对司辰节律的影响提出应对措施,包括室内灯具和室外灯具应关注的要点。倡导应树立正确的LED照明节能理念。Starting with the basic concept of photobiological safety, the article expatiates on the subject of photobiological function of white LED and the develop history of relevant safety standard. Focusing on the retinal blue light hazard and the effect of blue light on circadian rhythm, the latter of which is sometimes ignored, the article advices solutions against the retinal blue bight hazard and the effect of blue light on circadian rhythm, including the main points of indoor luminaires and outdoor luminaires which should be attention. The article intends to pilot the correct idea of energy saving of LED lighting.
