摘 要:生态敏感性分析是区域生态规划的重要基础.在马鞍山市总体规划"1255"和"6653"城镇体系建设背景下,基于江心洲生态环境、社会经济、资源利用等基础要素分析,采用3S技术对马鞍山市江心洲进行生态敏感性分析,选择有代表性的生态影响因子,结合相应的评价标准,最终将敏感性分为5级,即极敏感、高敏感、敏感、低敏感和不敏感.运用ArcGIS分析各影响因子,并加权计算特定生态环境问题的敏感性综合指数,生成综合生态敏感性图.研究表明非常敏感区占地面积3.928 5km2,主要集中在宫锦圩与何家洲、江心圩与彭太圩之间的两处湿地系统,高敏感区占地17.820 9km2,主要分布于北部的何家洲、紫洲、宫锦圩生态片区,东北部的水源保护区,南部的彭太圩、幸福洲和江心圩生态片区,以及中部的江心圩干渠沿线.在此基础上制定江心洲生态功能区划,并对开发建设进行生态可行性分析,最终提出相应的生态规划控引,为江心洲总体规划提供理论依据和限制性要素.The magnitude of ecological sensitivity analysis in regional eco-planning is apparent. Against the backdrop of "1255" and "6653" urban system construction of Master Plan of Ma'anshan city, based on essential characteristics analysis including ecological elements, social economy and resource utilizing and 3S technologies, analysis of ecological sensitivity of Ma'anshan ait was conducted. Combining with relative assessment standards, some typical ecological factors were selected and 5 grades of ecological sensitivity were ranked, including extreme sensitivity, high sensitivity, general sensitivity, low sensitivity and non-sensitivity and a map of ecological sensitivity was drawn. The results showed that: (1) area with extreme sensitivity is 3. 928 5 km2 , mainly in the wetland between Gongjin dike and Hejia ait and between Jiangxin dike and Pengtai dike; (2) area with high sensitivity takes 17. 820 9 km2 , mainly in Hejia ait, Zi ait and Gongjin dike in north direction, water conservation district in north-east direction, Pengtai dike, Xingfu ait and Jiangxin dike in south direction and some streams along Jiangxin dike in the middle of the whole ait. The results aim to provide some scientific basis for the ecological function distribution and feasibility analysis of construction and development.
