摘　　要：由1978年开始的"包产到户",在当时的历史条件下,对农村经济发展和广大农民增收致富起到了重要作用,也推动了中国农村各项改革事业的蓬勃发展。但是,经过30年的发展进程,我国农村发生了巨大的变化,包产到户的耕作模式已不适应现代化大农业的现实需求,老的零散化生产方式受到了诸多限制,新型的土地集约化经营方式越来越受到广大农民的欢迎。The old management model of rural land had played an important role tor the rapid development of rural economics and China＇s various rural reform since 1978, however, great changes have taken place in China＇s rural areas, household responsibility system of farming mode has not adapted to modem agriculture and the realistic demand, new land intensive management more and more show the advantage for the rural development.
