摘  要:近年来,新发蜱媒传染病不断发生,对于各种蜱媒传染病的研究有了很大的进展。由于蜱传播的病原体类别多样,包括细菌、病毒、原虫等,动物宿主广泛,流行环节十分复杂,媒介蜱中、宿主动物中、人群中的复合感染现象十分普遍。然而很多蜱媒传染病一直仍被世界卫生组织列为“被忽略的疾病”,人们关于蜱媒传染病复合感染的认识还比较匮乏。为此,本文通过整理、总结目前国内外有关蜱媒传染病复合感染的数据,概述美、欧洲、亚洲等蜱媒传染病多发地区中常见的莱姆病与无形体病复合感染、莱姆病与巴贝西虫病复合感染,三种及其三种以上病原体复合感染的情况,并介绍复合感染的主要临床表现。从而提示人们加强对蜱媒传染病复合感染的认识,加强对临床复合感染病例更多的关注和研究。Our knowledge of individual tick-borne zoonoses has increased dramatically during the recent years. Because of the muhiple rick-borne pathogens including bacteria, viruses, and protozoa, various mammal hosts, complex prevalence, the coinfectious of different pathogens in ticks and hosts are common. However, many tick-borne diseases are considered to be "neglected public problems" and little progress has been made in our understanding of coinfections. In this review we summarized and analyzed all the data of coinfections, found that Lyme disease-human anaplasmosis coinfection, Lyme disease-babesiosis coinfection, and triple coinfectiou were common in North Ameiea, Europe and Asia, and described the clinical manifestation. Patients simultaneously infected with at least two tick-borne pathogens had more diverse, intense, and persistent symptoms. Thus, we should pay more attention to the of research of coinfection and the study of clinical cases.
