摘 要:应用气相色谱检测技术。建立了三唑磷和毒死蜱在水稻植株、土壤和田水中的残留分析方法,并采用该方法研究了三唑磷·毒死蜱在水稻植株、土壤和田水中的消解动态。当添加水平为0.01~1.0mg/kg时,三唑磷的回收率和变异系数分别为80.5%~106.1%和5.4%~8.0%.毒死蜱的回收率和变异系数分别为79.1%~109.4%和2-3%~8.5%。消解动态试验结果表明,三唑磷在水稻植株和土壤中的平均消解半衰期分别是1.6d、4.0d,毒死蜱在水稻植株和土壤中平均值则分别为1.5d、4.Od。This paper established a detection method for triazophos and chlorpyrifos residue in paddy water, paddy soil and rice, and studied the degradation dynamics of triazophos and chlorpyrifos in rice plant, paddy soil and paddy water by this method. The results indicated that the average recoveries of the method for triazophos ranged from 80.5%-106.1% with the relative standard deviations of 5.4%-8.0% and the average recoveries of the method for chlorpyrifos ranged from 79.1%-109.4% with the relative standard deviations of 2.6%-8.5% when triazophos. chlorpyrifos was spiked level of 0.01-1.0mg/kg. The average half lives of trazophos in rice plant and paddy soil were 1.6 days and 4.0 days, and paddy soil were 1.5 days and 4.0 days.
