摘 要:提出了在0.05mol.L-1NaCl-0.6mol.L-1HCl体系中以线性扫描伏安法间接测定饲料添加剂中蛋氨酸螯合铜的方法。依据蛋氨酸铜螯合物不溶解于水但能溶解于酸的特性,首先采用铁氰化锰修饰玻碳电极在中性介质中测定试样中游离的蛋氨酸,然后在酸性介质中测定总蛋氨酸含量,通过蛋氨酸螯合铜组成成分的化学计量关系,计算出蛋氨酸螯合铜的含量。方法准确、快速、简便,用于实际样品的测定,结果满意。A linear sweep voltammetry method for indirect determination of methionine chelated copper in feed additive using 0.05mol/LNaCI-0.6mol/L HC1 support electrolyte solution was established. It was knowed that methionine copper chelate could dis- solve in acid solution but not in pure water, based on this characteristic, the free methionine in the sampl using manganese hexacyano ferrate modified glassy carbon electrode in a neutral medium was firstly determine, and then determined the total content of me- thionine in a acidic medium, the content of methionine chelated copper was calculated by stoichiometric relationship of methionine chelated copper components and the content of methionine. This method was simple, rapid, and accurate, and had been applied to the determination of actual samples with satisfactory results.
