摘 要:利用微波消解样品,并采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了样品中锌、铜、铁等10种微量元素的含量。结果表明,样品溶解充分,消解效果好;各待测元素的工作曲线相关系数(r)在0.99990-0.99998之间,最小检出限为0.002ug·mL-1,加标回收率在93.00%-110.O%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD,n--6)在1.33%-4.17%之间,方法快速、准确,高效,可多元素同时测定。10 trace elements (Zn, Cu, Fe, etc.) for the human body in auricularia auricula were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) with microwave digestion. The results showed that the samples were dissolved sufficiently, and the digestion effect was ideal. The correlation coefficients of the working curves for the determined elements were 0.99990-0.99998, the detection limit was 0.002 ix g/mL, the recovery of standard addition was 93.00%-110.0%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD, n=6) was 1.33%-4.17%. This method was rapid, accurate with high efficient, and it could determine multielements at the same time.
