摘 要:脱除锅炉或FCC再生烟气中的NOx是保护环境、改善空气质量的重要途径。SCR脱硝作为最常用、最经济、最有效的脱硝工艺,其核心是催化剂。综述了国内SCR脱硝催化剂专利技术。脱硝催化剂的载体主要有TiO2载体、TiO2/SiO2载体、TiO2/硅酸盐载体、Al2O3/SiO2载体和活性炭等载体,载体也逐步从单一组分向多组分发展,改进的方向是提高载体的热稳定性、机械性能并调节载体的孔结构及酸碱性;活性组分从单组分、双组分向多组分发展,活性组分元素从W和V的氧化物向含Fe、Ce、Mn、Bi和Cu等元素的复合氧化物发展,改进的方向是通过不同元素氧化物之间的协同,提高催化剂的低温脱硝活性、扩大脱硝温度窗口,提高耐SO2及耐H2O毒性,提高催化剂寿命;在经济上,改进的原则是要充分考虑催化剂的制造成本和使用的技术经济性,改进的方向是以便宜的原料,如氧化铝,取代较贵的原料,如TiO2;在催化剂成型上,要求催化剂载体能适应工艺的需要,可以方便地加工为所需要的几何形状。Removing the NOx in boiler or FCC regenerator flue gas is an important approach to protecting the environment and improving air quality.SCR denitration is the most common,economic and effective denitration technology and its core is catalyst.This article offers an overview of proprietary SCR denitration catalyst technologies in China.The main carriers of denitration catalysts include TiOE,TiO2/SiO2,TiO2/silicate,Al2O3/SiO2 and active carbon.These carriers are gradually developing a structure with multiple components from a single component and the direction of improvement is to raise the thermal stability and mechanical performance of carriers and adjust the pore structure and PH of carriers.Active components are evolving to multi-components from single and bi-components and the elements of active components are evolving to composite oxides containing Fe,Ce,Mn,Bi and Cu from W and V oxides.The direction of improvement is to raise catalysts' denitration activity at low temperatures,widen the temperature window for denitration,increase their resistance to SO2 and H2O and extend the lives of catalysts by taking advantage of the synergy between oxides of different elements.Economically,the principle of improvement is to give full consideration to the cost of manufacturing catalysts and the technical economics of use.The direction of improvement is to replace expensive feedstock,such as TiO2,with cheap feedstock such as alumina.On catalyst forming,catalyst carriers must be able to meet process requirements and can be easily processed into the geometrical shapes needed.
