摘 要:某铜铅锌多金属硫化矿含铜0.38%、铅2.02%、锌2.80%,针对该矿石的工艺矿物学特征,进行了不同药剂种类及用量的条件试验,确定了"铜-铅-锌依次优先浮选"工艺流程。闭路试验获得了含铜20.50%、铜回收率为70.03%、含银8 498.74 g/t的铜精矿和含铅58.67%、回收率为84.16%、铅含银2 200 g/t的铅精矿和含锌50.76%、锌回收率82.91%的锌精矿的较好指标。A Cu-Pb-Zn polymetallic sulfide ore containing 0.38% Cu, 2.02% Pb on the characteristic of process mineralogy of the ore, the reagent sieving and dosage and 2.80% Zn, based testes were carried out, and finally the process flowsheet of selective flotation of copper, lead and zinc minerals was determined. Good indexes were achieved by the closed-circuit test, and the concentrates of copper, lead and zinc grading 20.50% Cu, 58.67% Pb and 50.76% Zn were obtained, at recoveries of 70.03% Cu, 84.16% Pb and 82.91% Zn, while the silver content in the copper concentrate and lead concentrate were 8 498.74 g/t and 2 200 g/t respectively.
