摘  要:针对康家湾高硫铅锌矿常规浮选条件下铅锌精矿品位难以达到预期指标、影响经济效益的难题,通过原矿配矿处理、磨矿细度试验、药剂条件试验,确定最终浮选条件,试验取得了较好的浮选效果,最终开路试验获得指标:铅精矿品位66.56%、回收率89.52%,锌精矿品位51.21%、回收率91.50%,解决了高硫对铅锌指标的影响。It's difficult to achieve the desired targets of lead-zinc concentration grade by using regular method, because it affects the economic benefits seriously. By the method of ore blending, grinding fineness test, condition test of reagents and flotation test, finally good results were achieved by open- circuit. The concentrates of lead and zinc grading 66.56% Pb and 51.21% Zn were obtained, at recoveries of 89.52% Pb and 91.50% Zn respectively, and the influence of high-sulphur on lead and zinc flotation was resolved.
