摘  要:人造硫化锌矿为冶炼废水处理过程产生的中和渣经水热硫化合成后生成的一类硫化物。由于其粒度细,表面自由能高,各组分互相团聚,很难用浮选的方法进行分离。试验采用选择性絮凝的方法,在酸性条件下,用六偏磷酸钠作为分散剂,用糯米淀粉作为絮凝剂,能使硫化锌矿锌的品位由14%提高至28%左右,回收率达到90%。通过絮凝前后硫化矿的XRD图谱对比分析发现絮凝后的硫化矿中,硫化锌的特征峰较絮凝前高且尖锐,可知絮凝后的硫化锌更加接近天然闪锌矿,为后续提取作业创造了条件。Artificial zinc sulphide ore is a synthetic ore that was produced by neutralized residue through hydrothermal sulphidation, which was generated in process of smelter wastewater treatment. Because of its grain particle size, high surface free energy, and the components agglomeration, it is difficult to be separated with each other by flotation. The experimental results showed that the concentrate grade of zinc has been increased from 14% to 28%, with recovery of 90%, under the acidic condition, with sodium hexametaphosphate as dispersant and glutinous rice starch as flocculant. By contrasting the XRD pattern, it was found that the characteristic peak of zinc sulphide was more high and sharp after treatment by flocculation. The rest of the zinc sulfide was more close to natural ore, so it was benefit for flotation.
