摘 要:以新疆某提金厂的氰化浸出含金废炭为研究对象,先后采用了焙烧—浮选、焙烧—直接氰化浸出、焙烧—浮选除杂—氰化浸出工艺进行废炭提金工艺研究,但是由于废炭以及焙烧后灰渣结构复杂,这三种工艺均未获得良好结果;最终采用焙烧—炭灰渣熔炼富集金银—金银分离的新工艺获得了合格的金银产品,为该废炭的利用奠定了工艺基础。The study of extracting gold process was investigated on the cyanide leaching waste carbon produced from Xinjiang gold extraction plant, including the process of roasting-flotation, roasting-direct cyanide leaching and roasting-impurities removal by flotation-cyanide leaching, but due to the complex structure of the waste carbon and roasting ash, none of the three processes has obtained good results. Qualified gold and silver products finally have been acquired by roasting-charcoal smelting for gold and silver enrichment-gold and silver separation technical and it has laid a foundation for the utilization of the waste carbon.
