摘 要:云南某细粒级钛铁矿含TiO24.16%、TFe 18.15%,主要含钛铁矿,还有少量的金红石和钙钛矿。针对矿物嵌布粒度细、品位低、工艺矿物学性质复杂等特点,为了确定选矿工艺条件,本研究进行了磨矿细度试验、强磁选钛的磁场强度试验,摇床重选试验等选矿工艺探索试验,根据试验结果,选出最佳试验工艺条件,采用弱磁—强磁—分粒级摇床重选的联合流程,得到TiO2品位41.26%、回收率45.82%的钛粗精矿,为后续的进一步处理创造了条件。A fine fraction ilmenite ore contains 4.16% TiO2 and 18.15% TFe, and ilmenite is the main valuable mineal, as well as with a small quantity of futile and perovskite. Based on the characteristics of finely disseminated size, low grade and complex properties of process mineralogy, a sequence of tests were carried out, such as grinding fineness test, magnetic intensity test and shaking table test. The optimal experimental conditions were confirmed. By the combination flowsheet of low-intensity magnetic separation- high-intensity magnetic separation-shaking table gravity based on size distribution, ilmenite rough concentrate grading 41.26% TiO2 was obtained with recovery of 45.82%, and it could provide the service for further treatment.
