摘 要:乙醇胺(MEA)吸收沼气中CO2的物理化学过程复杂,影响因素繁多且因素间产生交联影响,在生产过程中难以确定主次因素及交互作用。采用交互作用正交试验设计,分析各影响因素间的交互作用,考察因素包括进液流量、进气流量、操作压力、CO2体积分数、贫液中CO2负载量等。结果表明:在实验参数选定范围内,进气流量与进液流量、操作压力与进气流量、CO2负载量与进液流量之间交互作用显著,且CO2负载量的减少和进液流量的增加,进气流量的减少和进液流量的增加,进气流量的减少和操作压力的增加可对MEA吸收CO2转化率的提高起到相互促进的作用。It's difficult to determine the primary and secondary factors of the CO2 absorption by aqueous monoethanolamine in biogas purifying process because of the complexity of the physical and chemical processes and the diversity of the influence factors. The mass transfer progress of CO2 absorption using MEA aqueous solution is investigated by the method of orthogonal test in a random packed tower. The studied factors include liquid flow, gas flow, liquidincoming temperature, operating pressure, CO2 lean-loading, CO2 concentration and their transactions. The experimental results show that the transactions between gas flow and liquid flow, gas flow and operating pressure, COz lean-loading and liquid flow are significant. Furthermore, the increment of liquid flow and the decrement of C02 lean-loading can raise the conversion of CO2 in a mutually promotive way, the increment of liquid flow and the decrement of gas flow, the increment of operating pressure and the decrement of gas flow will exert the influence on the conversion of CO2 in the same manner as the increment of liquid flow and the decrement of CO2 lean-loading does. Therefore, not only the single factors should be considered, but also their interactions should be given some thoughts in the later study.
