摘　　要：目的探讨小儿卵巢囊肿扭转CT特征。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实12例小儿卵巢囊肿扭转CT资料。结果 12例均见囊性肿块并囊壁增厚;其中8例囊壁出血;3例囊内少量出血、囊性肿块破裂;6例卵巢肿大,其中3例卵巢内出血,周边见数个小囊状影;3例见扭转蒂部;9例增强扫描卵巢实质、囊壁或扭转蒂部强化减弱或不强化;10例子宫移向扭转侧;1例相隔20 d两次CT扫描见囊性肿块位置在水平方向上变化明显,原偏心性囊壁增厚及扭转蒂部消失。结论 CT征象加上临床表现可以对小儿卵巢囊肿扭转的诊断提供依据。Objective To explore the CT characteristics of ovarian cyst torsion in children. Methods CT of 12 children with histologically confirmed ovarian cyst torsion was retrospectively analyzed. Results Cystic masses with mural thickening were demonstrated on CT in all patients. Cyst wall hemorrhage （8）and cyst hemorrhage with rupture （3）, enlarged edematous ovary （6）, ovary hemorrhage （3）, twisted pedicle （3）, abnormal enhancement （9）, and deviation of the uterus to the side of the torsion （10）were also seen. Follow-up CT 20 days after the torsion in one patient showed change in the horizontal posilloH of the ovarian cyst with resolution of the partial cystic wall thickening and the twisted pedicle. Conclusions CT characteristics aid clinical diagnosis oi ovarian cyst torsion.
