摘　　要：随着企业业务流程多变性和复杂性的不断提升,企业对能够自适应业务流程变化的柔性工作流系统的需求不断增加。针对该现状,提出一种基于动态链表的柔性工作流设计思想,通过在业务流程版本控制基础上,对业务流程后续活动的动态自定义,构建出一套灵活多变能够适应复杂业务流程变化的柔性工作流系统,该系统能够有效解决业务流程多变性和复杂性的问题。With the improving of the enterprise business process variability and complexity, the enterprise to adaptive changes in the business process of the increasing demands of flexible workflow sys- tem. According to the status quo, puts forward a dynamic linked list based on flexible workflow design idea, through the business process based on version control, dynamic custom of follow- up activities of the business processes, build a set of flexible to adapt to complex business pro- cesses change the flexible workflow system, the system can effectively solve the business pro- cess variability and complexity of the problem.
