摘  要:目的:探讨氟马西尼对实施全麻手术的老年患者认知功能的恢复有无确切临床意义。方法:将我院2011年1月~2012年1月实施全麻手术的236例老年患者随机分为实验组与对照组两组,每组118例。实验组术后静注氟马西尼,对照组术后静注生理盐水,分别于术前1天(T0)及术后1h(T1)、2h(T2)、6h(T3)、24h(T4)采用简易认知功能检测量表评估并比较两组患者术前、术后认知功能。结果:实验组患者的苏醒时间明显短于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01);术后两组老年患者的认知功能均低于术前,实验组在T1、T2时各项认知功能明显优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:老年患者全麻术后恢复较慢,容易引起认知功能减退;氟马西尼能缩短老年患者的苏醒时间,且能部分改善术后老年患者认知功能。Objective:To analyze the effect of flumazenil on cognitive function restoration operation un der general anesthesia in the elderly patients and to determine whether there is definite clinical significance. Methods:236 ASA I Ⅱ elderly hospitalized patients underwent general anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group,with 118 patients in each group . In the experimental group, 118 cases, postoperative intravenous injection of flumazenil, 118 cases in the control group, intravenous injection of saline, cognitive function in patients respectively on preoperative 1 (T0) and postoperative 1 h( T1 ) , 2h(T2) , 6h( T3 ) , 24h(T4) was evaluated and recorded at the recovery time . Simple cognitive function scale was used in the assessment of patients with postoperative cognitive status. Results : The time in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, there were statistical differences in two groups ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; The cognitive functions of elderly patients in two groups were lower than preoperation, the experi mental group in the T1, T2 the cognitive function was obviously superior to the control group( P 〈 0.05 ). Con cluslons:Recovery of the elderly patients after general anesthesia is slower, easily lead to cognitive decline, flumazenil can partly improve their postoperative cognitive function.
