摘　　要：本文通过对国家计生委住宅楼方案创作、工程设计过程的介绍，阐释了该住宅楼因制约于环境所形成的建筑个性与特色。Through a full introduction about the scheme creation and project design, this article describes the formation of the building's characteristics and features because of the environmental limitation.
