摘　　要：目的:研究胃大部切除术及保守治疗胃十二指肠溃疡出血患者临床疗效。方法:收集94例在东莞市塘厦人民医院行胃大部切除术或保守治疗的患者,对两组患者的治疗效果等进行比较分析。结果:胃大部切除术组的治愈率及临床疗效优于保守治疗组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:胃大部切除术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡出血具有显著的临床疗效,值得临床应用与推广。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of subtotal gastrectomy and conservative management. Methods ： The clinical of 94 cases gastroduodenal ulcer hemorrhage and conservative management were reviewed retrospectively, and compared the clinical effects. Results： Cure rate and curative effect of subtotal gastrectomy were superior than conservative management group（P 〈 0.05） ,there was significant difference between 2 groups. Conclusion： It had good clinical effect with subtotal gastrectomy for gastroduodenal ulcer hemorrhage,and deserve clinical application.
