摘 要:目的:研究大学生焦虑、抑郁心理健康情况,探讨其与学习成绩的关系。方法:采用焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表对某大学公共卫生学院113名应届毕业生的焦虑和抑郁状况进行测量,探讨焦虑及抑郁的影响因素及其与学习成绩的关系。结果:大学生总体焦虑标准分为40.12±6.583,焦虑发生率为5.83%;大学生总体抑郁标准分为39.24±8.701,抑郁发生率为12.62%。焦虑与学习成绩(百分制)相关性没有统计学意义(P>0.05);抑郁与学习成绩(百分制)的相关性有统计学意义(P<0.05),学习成绩依存抑郁的回归方程y=87.264-0.171x。结论:焦虑与抑郁在大学生中较常见。抑郁与学习成绩之间存在负相关,应积极进行心理疏导,从而提高学习成绩。Objective: To investigate the statues of anxiety and depression of undergraduates, and to find the relationship between psychological statues and grades. Methods: 113 undergraduates in a school of public health were investigated with SAS and SDS, the relationship between psychologi- cal statues and grades were analyzed. Results : The standard score of anxiety of students was 40.12 ± 6. 583,and the rate of anxiety was 5.83%. The standard score of depression of students was 39.24± 8. 701, and the rate of depression was 12.62%. There is no statistical significance with anxiety and grades ( P 〉 0.05 ), but not the depression and grades ( P 〈 0.05 ). The regression e- quation of the grades and depression were y = 87. 264 -0. 171x. Conclusion: There is a negative correlation between grades and depression.
