摘  要:目的探讨血管回声跟踪技术(echo-tracking,ET)检测正常高值血压患者股总动脉弹性功能的变化及临床意义。方法应用ET技术检测63例正常高值血压患者双侧股总动脉的弹性参数,即弹性系数(β)、僵硬度(Ep)、顺应性(AC)、增大指数(AI)、单点脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ),并用常规血管超声测量颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT),与同期检查的50例正常人进行对比分析。结果两组左、右侧股总动脉的β、Ep、AC、AI、PWVβ及IMT比较均无统计学意义,男性与女性之间各指标比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两组间上述各指标比较,差异有统计学意义,正常高值血压组股总动脉的β、Ep、PWVβ均增高,AC降低,IMT、AI均无统计学意义。结论正常高值血压患者股总动脉僵硬度增加,弹性下降;应用血管回声跟踪技术优越于常规超声,能更早的发现股总动脉弹性改变,对临床早期预防心脑血管病的发生具有重要的意义;利用股总动脉作为采样血管波形相对稳定,重复性较好。Objective To investigate the femoral arterial elasticity in patients with High-normal Blood Pressure by echo tracking technique. Methods There are 63 cases in the high-normal blood pressure group and 50 cases in the normal controlled group. Echo tracking technique was used to evaluate the femoral elastic modulus, such as the stiffness ,parameter(13), pressure-strain elastic modulus(Ep), arterial compliance( AC), augment index(Al), pulse wave conduc- ting velocity(PWVl3). The intima-media thickniss(IMT) was measured by routine ultrasound. The relations between these parameters were analyzed. Results There was no difference in femoral elasticity between left and right side. There was not statistically significant between men and women. Compared with the normal controlled group,B, Ep,PWV~,IMT were increased conspicuously in High-Normal Blood Pressure group, AC was lower significantly in High Normal Blood Pressure group,IMT and AI was no significant change between the groups. Conclusions The ar terial stiffness of the femoral artery in High-Normal Blood Pressure group is increased, the elasticity of the femoral ar- tery is decreased. Echo tracking technique is more superiority than routine ultrasonography,and may reflect macroan- giopathy the early of the femoral artery. And it may be significance to prevent cardiac and cerebrovascular disease. The waveform is relatively Steady with using femoral artery as sampling, and reiteration well.
