昆明市大学生性行为现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解大学生性行为现状及主要影响因素,为针对性地开展大学生艾滋病及性健康教育提供依据.方法采用逐级整群抽样,选取云南省昆明市5所高校1 000名大学生进行自填式问卷调查.结果有性行为者占10.8%,以性别、来自省份、年级等可能影响发生性行为的因素分别与是否发生性行为做单因素卡方检验发现,安全套使用情况和艾滋病的自愿监测P值小于0.05,差异有统计学意义;二分类logistic回归分析结果显示,来自省外(OR=3.60)、通过家庭教育第一次了解生殖系统(OR=118.50)、通过电视网络第一次了解生殖系统(OR=9.64)、对恋爱态度表示无所谓(OR=0.02)、第一次性行为没有使用安全套(OR=293.82)、认为只与自己的男女朋友发生性行为不会感染艾滋病毒是错的(OR=0.11)、不知道只与自己的男女朋友发生性行为不会感染艾滋病毒(OR=0.23)、有恋爱经历,但分手(OR=0.29)是大学生发生性行为的主要影响因素.结论大学生性行为的发生比较普遍,且受到多种因素影响,应从多渠道加强性健康教育行为干预工作.Objective To understand the current situation and the main influence factors of sexual behavior among college students,and provide the basis for AIDS and sexual health educations.Method A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 000 students chosen from five universities in Kunming by cluster multistage sampling.Results 10.8% of students had sexual experiences.Gender,origin of student,grade may influence the occurrence of sexual behavior.Selected by these factors and having sex or not,do single-factor chi-square test.The results showed that the P value of condom use situation and AIDS voluntary testing were less than 0.05,with statistically significant difference.Binary Logistic regression analysis indicated that from the provinces（OR=3.60）,first understanding the reproductive system through family education（OR=118.50） or television network（OR=9.64）,relaxed attitude to love（OR=0.02）,the first sex without condom（OR= 293.82）,assumed it is wrong to have sex just with boyfriends and girlfriends would not be infected with HIV（OR=0.11）,have no idea that have sex just with boyfriends and girlfriends would not be infected with HIV（OR =0.23）,having love experience but break up（OR=0.29） were the major influencing factors of sexual behavior among college students.Conclusion The sexual behavior among college students have become more common,and was affected by many factors.It is important to provide college students with sexual health education and behavior intervention.
