摘  要:【目的】研究反季节移栽后不同处理条件下圆冠榆、钻天榆生理指标变化,提出提高反季节移栽成活率的最佳方法。【方法】以反季节移栽绿化树种圆冠榆和钻天榆为试验材料,对圆冠榆和钻天榆不同处理(遮荫加液、遮荫不加液、不遮荫加液)条件下细胞膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸含量、含水量、总叶绿素含量变化进行研究。【结果】移栽1个月后,不同处理条件下圆冠榆、钻天榆遮荫加液处理的细胞膜透性、丙二醛含量和脯氨酸含量最低,可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量和总叶绿素含量最高,并与其他处理相比呈极显著差异;圆冠榆和钻天榆各处理间含水量基本趋于稳定。【结论】反季节栽培过程中,遮荫加液处理对圆冠榆和钻天榆的生长恢复效果最佳。[ Objective ] The aim of this paper was to study the change of physiology index on Ulmus densa Litw. and U. lapvis under different treatments after off - season culture and it is suppose to find the best method of improving the survival rate of planting. [ Method ] Taking landscaping varieties of Ulmus densa Litw. and U. lapvis which were planted as test materials, membrane permeability, malondialdehyde (MDA), soluble sugar, soluble protein, praline, water content and total chlorophyll content under different treatment (shading with filling moisturized liquid, shading with no filling moisturized liquid, no shading with filling moisturized liquid ) were researched after off- season culture. [ Result ] After transplant a month, the membranes relative permeability, MDA content and praline content on Ulmus densa Litw. and U. lapvis of shading with filling moisturized liquid are the minimum under the different treatment; the soluble sugar, soluble protein and pigments content are the highest and compared with the other processing showed very significant difference. The water content of Ulmus densa Litw. and U. lapvis under different treatment stable essentially. [ Conclusion] During the off - season culture, the treatment of shading with filling moisturized liquid to effect of growth and recovery on Ulmus densa Litw. and U. lapvis is the best.
