摘 要:【目的】筛选出适合膜下滴灌水稻田杂草土壤处理除草剂。【方法】应用滤纸法测定稗草对6种除草剂的敏感时间,利用三种(滤纸法琼脂法和盆栽拌土法)生物测定方法的灵敏性。【结果】第5 d乙氧氟草醚的EC50值最低,第4 d仲丁灵、乙草胺、氟乐灵、二甲戊灵、五氟磺草胺EC50值最低;琼脂法测定的敏感性最好。通过琼脂法进一步比较稗草对6种除草剂的EC50大小,得出:乙草胺>二甲戊灵>仲丁灵>乙氧氟草醚>五氟磺草胺>氟乐灵。【结论】琼脂法是测定杂草对除草剂敏感性较好的方法,可为农业生产提供参考。[ Objective] The project aims to screen herbicides that will be adaptable to treat wild weed in the drip irrigation rice field before seeding. [ Method ] The susceptibility of barnyard grass to six herbicides was determined by filter paper culture method under different treatment times. [ Result] The results indicated that on the 5th day, ECs0 of oxyfluorfen was the lowest, and on the 4th day was the most susceptive time for dibutaline, acetochlor, oxyfluorfen, pendimethalin, penoxsulam. Three methods ( filter paper method, agar method, mix soil potting methdod )of the susceptibility of barnyard grass to oxyfluorfen were determined separately. Agar method was the most susceptive, and the susceptibility of six herbicides was determined by agar method. Based on the ECso, the susceptibility of barnyard grass to 6 herbicides by agar method was in the following order: acetochlor 〉 pendimethalin 〉 dibutaline 〉 oxyfluorfen 〉 penoxsulam 〉 trifluralin. [ Conclusion] Agar method was the optimum to determine the susceptibility of weed to herbicides ,which might provide reference for agricultural production.
