摘  要:【目的】为明确甜高粱茎秆贮存过程中蔗糖降解的关键酶,以期通过对蔗糖降解关键酶的分子调控解决甜高粱茎秆贮存过程中蔗糖易降解的难题。【方法】以新高粱9号(T601)为试验材料,研究了井型去叶去穗、井型带叶去穗堆放贮藏方式下茎秆蔗糖含量与SS、SPS酶活性的变化规律及相关性。【结果】在贮藏期间SPS、SS与蔗糖含量相关性都不显著,蔗糖含量当贮藏达到5个月时,急速下降至最低。【结论】带叶去穗井型贮藏较去叶去穗井型贮藏更有利于甜高粱秸秆蔗糖含量的保存,但是霉变腐烂成为带叶去穗型贮藏的限制性因素,贮藏堆放高度应控制在2 m以下。[Objective] The purpose of the project was to make clear the crucial enzyme of sucrose degradation in order to resolve the problem that sucrose is easy to biodegrade by the means of molecular regulation of key enzymes during storage of sweet sorghum culms. [Method] The new sorghum NO. 9 (T601) was used as the test material, sucrose content of well -shaped stored sorghum without ears and leaves and of those with leaves but no ears in stacked storage and the variation and correlation of SS and SIS enzymatic activities were studied. [ Result ] The correlation between the SS and SPS activities and the sucrose content during the storage was not significant and the content would drop sharply to the lowest point when the sorghum culm was stored for five months. [ Conclusion ] Well - shaped stored sorghum with leaves but no ears is more favorable for keeping sucrose content of culms than those without ears and leaves, but mildewed and rotten ones become the restricting factors for the storage of sorghum culms with leaves but not ears. The height of the storage stack should be no higher than two meters.
