开胃理脾口服液药效学实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究开胃理脾口服液的药效学作用,为临床应用提供依据。方法 研究开胃理脾口服液对脾虚小鼠体重、胃肠运动的影响;对大鼠胃液分泌量、胃酸和胃蛋白酶活性的影响;对小鼠胃排空的影响;对豚鼠离体回肠的影响。并与丸剂的作用强度进行比较。结果脾虚小鼠口服开胃理脾口服液,剂量为3.2,6.4g生药/kg时,体重增加,胃肠运动增强。大鼠给予开胃理脾口服液口服,剂量为1.4,2.8g生药/kg时,胃液分泌量增加,胃酸浓度增高及胃蛋白酶活性增强。小鼠给予开胃理脾口服液口服,剂量为3.2,6.4g生药/kg时,胃排空速率提高。豚鼠离体实验开胃理脾口服液,浓度为0.2,0.4g生药/mL时,可使离体回肠收缩幅度增强,浓度为0.4g生药/mL时,可使离体回肠收缩频率增加。相同剂量的口服液与丸剂比较,药效学作用稍强或相似。结论开胃理脾口服液具有益气健脾,理气和胃之功效。Objective To investigate the pharmacodynamic action of kaiwei lipi solution and provide the basis for clinical application. Methods This experiment tested the effects on spleen deficient weight and gastrointestinal movement of mice,gastric secretion,gastric acid and pepsin activity of rat,gastric emptying of mic, the isolated ileum of guinea pig. Then the result of solution were compared with the pill-form medicine. Results Spleen deficient mice took with kaiwei lipi solution,3.2 g,6.4 g crude drug/kg than the weight and gastrointestinal movement were increased. Rats took with with kaiwei lipi solution,l.4 g,2.8 g crude drug/kg than gastric secretion and gastric acid concentration level were increased,Mics took with kaiwei lipi solution,3.2 g,6.4 g crude drug/kg than gastric emptying activity was increased,Guinea pig took with kaiwei lipi solution,0.2 g,0.4 g crude drug/mL than could enhance the isolated ileum contraction amplitude, when took with kaiwei lipi solution,0.4 g crude drug/mL concentration,the isolated ileum contraction frequency was increased, When compared with the solution with pill at same dosage,they had similar level of effects. Conclusion Kaiwei lipi solution has effects on regulating qi and improving the function of stomach and spleen.
