利拉鲁肽治疗新发的1型糖尿病8例效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察利拉鲁肽治疗新发的血糖不稳定的1型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法对8例住院的新发的血糖不稳定的1型糖尿病患者在胰岛素治疗的基础上加用利拉鲁肽治疗，观察治疗前后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、C肽水平、体重及胰岛素用量的变化。结果8例患者的血糖均逐步稳定，糖化血红蛋白及C肽水平明显改善，体重无明显变化，胰岛素用量较前减少约31．25％～53．33％。结论利拉鲁肽治疗新发的血糖不稳定的1型糖尿病，可以起到稳定血糖，减少胰岛素用量的作用。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of liraglutide in treatment of the early type 1 diabetes with blood sugar instability. Methods 8 cases of patients with the early type 1 diabetes with blood sugar instability and hospitalized were treated with liraglutide based on insulin therapy. The changes of glycosylated hemoglobin,C peptide levels,body weight and insulin were observed before and after treatment. Results Blood sugar of the 8 patients gradually stabilized,HbA1C and C peptide levels improved significantly,without significant changes in body weight,insulin dosage was reduced by about 31.25%-53.33%. Conclusion Liraglutide in the treatment of the early type 1 diabetes with blood glucose instability,can stabilize blood sugar and reduce the amount of insulin action.
